Chantal Kirchefer is a second-generation Las Vegan who graduated from Cheyenne High School. An administrative assistant for Capital West Development, Chantal brings years of customer service, organization and coordination to her position. Although most of her experience is in the food service industry, she found her skillset transitioned easily to the construction world.

Chantal moved to Caliente, Nevada and returned to her hometown in 2014, shortly after her second child was born. At that time, she had the opportunity and privilege to make raising her children her primary occupation. She counts taking them to school and to after-school activities, as well as being involved in their every day lives, a personal highlight.
